Lui Amaral
Founding Partner of TRX. Developed over 120 Built-to-Suit, Sale & Leaseback, and other real estate ventures. Civil Engineer graduated from Mackenzie University and holds a postgraduate degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV, in addition to being a licensed Portfolio Manager registered with the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission).
José Alves Neto
Founding partner of TRX and member of the Investment Committee. Entrepreneur in the beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, and education sectors, among others, having worked at Wtorre and Tamiz Engenharia. Holds a degree in Production Engineering and a postgraduate degree from Ibmec.
Vitor Nogueira
Partner and Legal and Compliance Director at TRX. He has over 18 years of experience in the real estate and capital markets, having worked at Fibra Empreendimentos Imobiliários SA, where he was responsible for the legal area, and at Coelho Fonseca Empreendimentos Imobiliários. He holds a Law degree from the Methodist University of Piracicaba.
Gabriel Barbosa
Partner and Managing Director at TRX. Responsible for structuring, prospecting, distributing, and raising funds for TRX's operations. Before joining TRX, he worked at Sulamerica Investimentos, Azimut Brasil, and HSBC. He holds a degree in Business Administration from PUC SP, an MBA from FGV, and is a CGA certified by Anbima and a CVM-certified asset manager.
Jonathans Valenta
Partner and Controller at TRX. Responsible for the financial and controlling areas, having previously worked at the real estate developer Rossi Residencial SA. Holds a degree in Economics from Uninove, with a course in controlling and management from Fecap and a course in Real Estate from USP.

Raul Grego Lemos
Portfolio Manager at TRX. Has over 8 years of experience in the real estate sector, working as a sell-side investor at Eleven Financial Research and portfolio manager at Nash Capital (single family office). Holds a degree in Business Administration from Insper and is a CGA certified by Anbima.
