The real estate fund TRXF11 (TRX Real Estate) has completed the acquisition of a new property in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), currently leased to Assaí Atacadista, for R$ 92.8 million, with a cap rate of 8%.
The payment was made almost entirely through the offsetting of credits from the 12th share issuance.
Thus, the asset, a big box warehouse with a gross leasable area of 16,100 m², becomes part of the fund's essential retail portfolio, expanding its presence in the São Paulo metropolitan area.
